Vantage Data Centers has secured a $2 billion financing facility to support early-stage development across its North American portfolio. The five-year revolving credit facility initially uses three development assets as collateral, with the option to add more assets over time.

Vantage said the facility is intended to strengthen its ability to fund projects and deliver capacity as customer demand grows. The company described the financing as an addition to a broader and more diversified capital platform.

The new facility follows several other financing transactions arranged for Vantage businesses during 2026. Those transactions include asset-backed securities for facilities in Wales, an investment from Australian pension fund Aware Super for its Asia-Pacific operations and a separate North American debt facility arranged by Ares Management.

Vantage said it has secured more than $40 billion in financing during the year. The latest transaction highlights the increasing use of dedicated development-stage capital to fund data center projects before they reach construction and operating phases.
