Hyperscale Data said management has established $750 million as the minimum valuation at which it would seriously consider selling its Michigan AI data-center campus. The company estimated that the property could support a valuation ranging from approximately $750 million to $1.25 billion.

The campus has an executed master services agreement covering an initial 20-megawatt deployment, with potential expansion to 52 megawatts. Hyperscale Data said its assessment reflects the site’s existing infrastructure, access to power, expansion opportunities, and valuations assigned to comparable AI infrastructure businesses.

The company is evaluating alternatives intended to maximize shareholder value. Those alternatives include a potential sale of the Michigan campus and an initial public offering of Sentinum, the subsidiary associated with the data-center operations.

The announcement illustrates how owners of power-connected data-center assets are testing elevated valuations created by demand for AI computing. It also shows the range of financing and exit options available to smaller public companies as they seek to monetize infrastructure capacity, including asset sales and separate listings.
